YMCA Fitness at Home
Our YMCA partners launched more than 60 free online exercises classes and youth programs to support the well-being of the community. Among the classes: boot camp, barre, yoga, weightlifting, boxing, Tai Chi and more. The classes are available at ymca360.org with their safety recommendations here: ymca360.org/safety No membership is needed to access the classes.Les Mills is offering over 140 on-demand classes for FREE! While we can't enjoy in-person EFC group fitness classes or student fitness coaching right now, this is a great alternative solution. Click HERE and find your workout today!

Interested in doing a one-on-one consultation with your Employee Well-being Registered Dietitian? We will be offering virtual nutrition consults through Microsoft Teams (or Skype for Business if preferred) on Mondays and Fridays until the university resumes normal operations. USG Online Well-being Portal Assistance
USG cares about your health and well-being. Your USG Well-being Portal provides you with a variety of tools that make it easy for you to incorporate healthy habits into your daily life. Portal is available to healthcare benefits-eligible employees and spouses on USG healthcare plan.
If healthcare covered employees complete healthy activities by Sept. 30, 2020, they can earn up to $100. This $100 will be paid in November 2020. If you have a spouse on your health plan, their Well-being earnings will be in your paycheck. USG has partnered with Virgin Pulse for the well-being services. Your health information is confidential and will not be shared with the USG.
